Returns & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy:
If a product is found to be defective or damaged, Customer can provide clear pictures of the defect or damage and raise a return request for that product to us within 7 days of the purchase of that product. If the return is accepted, we will refund the amount within 2 weeks to the customer to their Bank account or payment instrument from which the purchase payment was done or issue a credit into the customer's wallet in Livysh website for future purchase or may provide an option of replacement.

Returns can be requested by sending an email to Care@livysh.com along with the product pictures.

Returns and Refunds are not accepted for Cosmetics, beauty products, personal care products, baby care products, herbal powders and budget deals products.

Cancellation Policy:
If the Customer wishes to cancel the ordered product, cancellation can be done by clicking on the Cancel Button for the respective order from the 'My Account' Page or 'Order Status' page within 2 hours of placing the order. If the Cancel button is shown as disabled, Customer may contact our Customer Care support by sending an email to care@livysh.com with Subject as Cancellation Request for Order# <>.

Cancellation will be allowed only if the Product is not yet fulfilled by the Seller. If the cancellation is accepted, we will refund the already paid amount within 2 weeks to the customer to their Bank account or payment instrument from which the purchase payment was done or issue credit into the customer's wallet in Livysh website for future purchase. If Cancellation is requested for an Order with Cash on Delivery as selected payment option, the order will be cancelled without a refund.

Livysh reserves the right to cancel any order that classify as 'Bulk Order' as determined by Livysh as per certain criteria such as order for multiple items of same product.

Livysh reserves the right to cancel any non-fulfilled orders without any obligation or liability towards the customer.
